Hello its me again back with another update about my boring life. Trust me my life is boring but I’m okay with that. I enjoy being home playing video games, hanging with my kids and Doug. Socializing is exhausting for me so anytime at home is like heaven to me. Anyways moving on yesterday was an awesome day. I drank 64 oz of water, had my shake, and a healthy lunch. . YAY!!!! So like I promised i would have pictures this time.
I complete forgot to snap pictures of my food for today. So I’ll just tell you what I had. Breakfast was a yummy shake. Lunch was the same as yesterdays and for dinner tonight will be a shake and a yogurt. I’m not really feeling all that hungry. Water intake so far has been 60 oz. So I have been talking about eating healthy but I haven’t really mentioned anything about working out or what my game plan is. Well I have chosen a plan that helped me before and I stuck with it for a while and did lose weight but ended up going back to old habits.
Yes I’m a Lady Boss well trying to be anyway. This is a 28 challenge that helps focus on replacing bad habits with good ones and slowly eases you into a healthy lifestyle. The Challenge starts on the 2nd of September. I will be keeping you all up to date with my progress along with my daily life. I promise this won’t all be about me losing weight. So Sunday I will be weighing myself and taking measurements and sharing them with you. I’m going to be taking pictures as well but won’t be sharing those. Trust me no one wants to see me in a bra and underwear. Anyway as far as the past couple of days I’ve been hanging with the kids watching movies, playing outside, and playing my game. So I will also be doing theses posts about every two to three days. Since not a whole lot goes in to daily life for me.
